Health and Burnout

Current burnout research has changed its core concept from a pathogenetically oriented cause-effect model to a broader understanding of individual stress management. Currently, the demands for scientific development, implementation and evaluation of prevention and support programs must be met. This is also taken into account by our chair. Furthermore, we can build on an extensive expertise on the subject.
