How to get here

By tram

There are several ways to get to the building of the institute:

  • If you are coming from Zurich's Main Station, you may take tram no. 3 in the direction of Klusplatz and leave the tram at the stop Hottingerplatz.
  • If you are coming from Bellevue, you may take tram no. 5 or no. 9, leave at the stop Kunsthaus and change to tram no. 3, which you leave at the stop Hottingerplatz.
  • If you are coming from the railway station Stadelhofen, take tram no. 8, leave at the stop Römerhof, change to tram no. 3, which you leave at the stop Hottingerplatz.

The building of the institute is at the corner Freiestrasse/Steinwiesstrasse, next to the cantonal school Rämibühl.

By car

Coming from Bellevue, you follow Rämistrasse until Kunsthaus/ Schauspielhaus (Heimplatz). There you turn right into Hottingerstrasse. After about 300 meters turn right into Steinwiesstrasse and use a parking lot in the blue zone.
