Forschungsprojekt

Determinanten und Konsequenzen von Zugehörigkeitserleben im Onlineunterricht

Im Rahmen der Massnahmen zur Eindämmung der Verbreitung von COVID-19 wurden und werden Unterrichtseinheiten online durchgeführt. Ein Hauptkritikpunkt im Zusammenhang mit Online-Unterricht während dieser Krise ist, dass dieser nur begrenzte Möglichkeiten des Erlebens zwischenmenschlicher Beziehungen zulasse. In diversen psychologischen Modellen gilt die Befriedigung des Bedürfnisses nach Zugehörigkeit als eine wichtige Voraussetzung für Motivation und Wohlbefinden von Studierenden (z.B. Klieme et al., 2009; Ryan & Deci, 2017). Im vorliegenden Projekt wird in Anlehnung an das Angebots-Nutzungs-Modell (Helmke, 2017), das Zusammenspiel von individuellen Prädispositionen und Oberflächen- und Tiefenstruktur des Unterrichts in Bezug auf die Befriedigung des Bedürfnisses nach Zugehörigkeit sowie Motivation und Wohlbefinden im Online-Unterricht untersucht.
