UZH Student team for the Advancing Global Education Goals project

Kurzbeschreibung (Short Description):

Participate in an academic discussion (webinar) on the history of global education goals, collaborate in a student team to contribute to the production of a paper on students’ perspective and global education goals, collect and analyze historical data related to intergovernmental and international engagement with the making of global education goals.  

There will be a total of three webinar sessions. Participation in all webinar sessions is expected. Due to the international composition of the webinar participants, these will take place at the following special times:

25. March 2026, 6:00 to 9:00 am

20. May 2026, 8:00 to 11:00 am

22. July 2026, 13:00 to 16:00 pm

A final face-to-face meeting is planned for October 14, 2026, in Zurich. Participation in this event is desirable but not mandatory.

Besonderes (Specials):

This project is a joint project with the University of Edinburgh and the University of Glasgow. As part of this project, students are expected to collaborate with student teams from the partner universities towards the production of an academic piece reflecting student’s perspective on global education goals. At least two internship positions are offered. English is mandatory.
