Directions

By Street Car

From Zurich main station

With street car no. 3 in the direction of Klusplatz and get off at Hottingerplatz. The institute is in walking distance on the corner Freiestrasse/Steinwiesstrasse.

From Bellevue

Take tram no. 5 or 9 to Kunsthaus. From there, walk to the institute or change to tram no. 3 and get off at Hottingerplatz. Or, without changing, take tram no. 5 or 9 from Bellevue to Kantonsschule, then turn right into Zürichbergstrasse and after 100 metres turn right into Freiestrasse. The institute is located 200 metres further on the right-hand side, after the Rämibühl cantonal school.

From Stadelhofen railway station

Take tram no. 8 to Römerhof, change there to tram no. 3 and travel to Hottingerplatz. The institute is located on the corner of Freiestrasse / Steinwiesstrasse, in the immediate vicinity of the Rämibühl cantonal school.

By Car

As of Bellevue please follow Rämistrasse up to Kunsthaus / Schauspielhaus (Heimplatz). Make a right turn into Hottingerstrasse. After 300 meters turn left into Steinwiesstrasse. Park your car in the blue zone - a special permit is needed.
