ProCoS – Professional Competences in Self-Regulated Learning

The ability to self-regulate learning is critical for success both in and out of school. Considering the challenges students encounter while learning, promoting self-regulated learning should play a significant role in the classroom. However, evidence shows that teachers seldom promote self-regulated learning skills. Therefore, this project aims to enhance teachers' professional competences in self-regulated learning and investigate how these competences impact classroom management, as well as the extent to which they improve students' self-regulated learning skills.
