Lisa Dillinger is a PhD student and teaching and research assistant at the Chair of Inclusion and Diversity. She studied educational science and special needs education at the University of Koblenz-Landau and Zurich. Her dissertation focuses on political judgment and pedagogical challenges in the context of plural and liberal democracies.

- Political education and political literacy under conditions of plurality and diversity
- Questions about ethical and normative foundations of education
- Diversity-open sex education and its ethical and normative guidelines
- Social science research on the social participation of people with disabilities
